These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ONYX NUTRA™ website and any orders you submit through it. Please take the time to read these Terms carefully before browsing, registering or purchasing. Continuing to use the website or completing a purchase means you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
These Terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Delivery Policy and Returns Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between us.

2. Key definitions
2.1 Throughout these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out below:
"ONYX NUTRA™", "we", "us" or "our" refers to Valor Solutions Limited, trading as ONYX NUTRA™.
"Website" means onyx-nutra.com and any associated pages we operate.
"Products" refers to any items listed for sale on our Website.
"Order" means a purchase request submitted by you via our Website.
"Subscription" means a recurring purchase arrangement for selected Products.
"You" or "your" refers to any individual accessing our Website or placing an Order.
3. Who can use our Website
3.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to browse our Website, create an account, place an Order or take out a Subscription.
3.2 By using our Website or submitting an Order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Acceptable use
4.1 When using our Website, you agree that you will not:

- interfere with, disrupt or compromise the operation or security of our Website;
- upload or transmit viruses, malicious code or any other harmful material;

5. Your account
5.1 Certain features of our Website — including placing Orders, managing Subscriptions and accessing your order history — may require you to register an account.
5.2 You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity carried out under your account.
5.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that all information held on your account — including your name, delivery address, billing address and payment details — remains accurate and current.
5.4 If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, please notify us immediately at contact@onyx-nutra.com.
6. Placing an order
6.1 Submitting an Order through our Website constitutes an offer to purchase the Products in your basket.
6.2 A binding contract between you and ONYX NUTRA™ is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
6.3 We may decline or cancel an Order in the following circumstances:
- a Product is out of stock or no longer available;
- there is an error in the listed price, description or availability;
- we are unable to process or verify your payment;
- we have reason to suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms; or
- we cannot deliver to the address provided.
6.4 If we cancel an Order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued for the affected item or Order.
7. Product information
7.1 We make every effort to ensure that Product descriptions, imagery, ingredient lists, nutritional data, pricing and stock status displayed on our Website are accurate and kept up to date.
7.2 Product images are provided for visual guidance only. Packaging design, labelling, colour and appearance may differ from what is shown on the Website.
7.3 Before consuming or applying any Product, you should always review the packaging, ingredient list, allergen information, usage instructions and any relevant warnings.
8. Health information
8.1 Any content on our Website — including product descriptions, articles, guides, emails and social content — is intended for general informational purposes only.
8.2 Nothing on our Website constitutes medical advice, and our content should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or health condition.
8.3 If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, managing a health condition or have any concerns, we strongly recommend speaking to a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement or changing your nutritional routine.
9. Pricing and payment
9.1 All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise.
9.2 Any applicable delivery charges will be shown to you at checkout before your Order is confirmed.
9.3 We may update Product prices at any time. Any changes will not apply to Orders already confirmed, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.
9.4 Payment must be completed using one of the methods available at checkout.
9.5 By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.
10. Promotions and offers
10.1 We may run promotions including discount codes, reduced pricing, free gifts, bundle deals or other limited-time offers from time to time.
10.2 All promotions are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
10.3 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discount or code;
- discount codes are limited to one use per customer;
- promotions carry no cash equivalent value;
- promotions cannot be applied to Orders that have already been placed; and
- where a free item is offered on a minimum spend, that item may need to be returned if a partial return brings the Order below the qualifying threshold.
10.4 Individual promotions may carry additional terms, which will be made clear at the point of the offer.
11. Delivery
11.1 Products will be sent to the delivery address you provide at checkout.
11.2 Any delivery timescales given are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
11.3 ONYX NUTRA™ is not liable for delays arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs processing, severe weather, industrial action, system failures or errors in the address details you have provided.
11.4 You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of ordering.
11.5 Where an Order is delayed, lost or returned as a result of inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by you, we may not be in a position to refund postage costs or redeliver at no additional charge.
12. Returns, cancellations and refunds
12.1 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
12.2 If a Product arrives faulty, materially different from its description or unfit for its intended purpose, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement in accordance with applicable law.
12.3 While most online purchases carry a right to cancel, certain sealed Products that cannot be returned on health or hygiene grounds once opened may be exempt.

12.5 To begin a return or raise a refund request, email contact@onyx-nutra.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
13. Subscriptions
13.1 ONYX NUTRA™ Subscriptions allow you to receive your chosen Products on a recurring schedule.
13.2 Your first Subscription Order will be charged and processed at the point of checkout. All subsequent Orders will be generated and charged automatically in line with your chosen renewal frequency.
13.3 By setting up a Subscription, you authorise us and our payment partners to collect recurring payments from your saved payment method until the Subscription is cancelled, paused or otherwise brought to an end in accordance with these Terms.
13.4 Where eligible, Subscription Products may be offered at a recurring discounted rate, as displayed on the Website.
13.5 Available Products, discount levels and frequency options may change from time to time. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, there is no minimum commitment period for Subscriptions.
13.6 You can manage your Subscription through your ONYX NUTRA™ account. Depending on the options available, you may be able to adjust your delivery frequency, move your next order date, skip a delivery, pause or cancel your Subscription, update your address or payment details, or switch Products or variants.
13.7 It is your responsibility to keep all account, address and payment information accurate and up to date.
13.8 Future Subscription Orders will be charged automatically to your saved payment method on or around each renewal date.
13.9 We aim to send a reminder notification prior to each renewal. Our current practice is to issue this reminder three business days before payment is due.
13.10 If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, contact you by email to request updated payment details, delay dispatch, pause your Subscription or bring it to an end.
13.11 To avoid being charged for an upcoming Subscription Order, any changes — including cancellations, pauses or skips — must be made before the relevant cut-off. Our current cut-off is one business day before your renewal date. Changes made after this point may not take effect until the following Subscription cycle.
13.12 Cancelling your Subscription stops all future recurring Orders from being generated. It does not automatically reverse, refund or recall any Order that has already been processed, dispatched or delivered.
13.13 We may adjust Product prices, delivery charges, Subscription discounts or the Products available on Subscription from time to time. Where a price change affects your active Subscription, we will give you reasonable advance notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
13.14 All Subscription Products are subject to availability. If a Product in your Subscription becomes unavailable, is discontinued or changes, we may offer an alternative, delay the affected Order, omit the Product from that cycle, or cancel the relevant Subscription. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
14. Reviews, content and submissions
14.1 Where you submit reviews, comments, feedback, photographs, videos, testimonials or other content to us, you confirm that:
- the content is your own original work or you have the necessary rights to share it;
- it is truthful and not misleading;
- it does not infringe any third-party rights;
- it is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene or discriminatory; and
- it does not contain malicious code, viruses or harmful material.
14.2 By submitting content, you grant ONYX NUTRA™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and distribute that content for business, marketing and promotional purposes.
14.3 We reserve the right to edit or remove any user-submitted content at our discretion.
15. Intellectual property
15.1 All intellectual property in our Website and its content — including but not limited to text, imagery, graphics, branding, logos, product names, videos, recipes, layouts and design — is protected by copyright, trade mark and other applicable laws.
15.2 Our Website may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
15.3 Unless stated otherwise, all rights in the Website and its content are owned by or licensed to Valor Solutions Limited, trading as ONYX NUTRA™.
15.4 No part of our Website or its content may be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed, sold or otherwise exploited for commercial gain without our prior written consent.

16.1 Our Website may include links to third-party websites or platforms.
16.2 We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability of any third-party site.
16.3 You access any linked third-party website entirely at your own risk.
17. Privacy and cookies
17.1 We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use and protect your information.

18. Website availability
18.1 We aim to keep our Website accessible and functioning at all times, but we cannot guarantee that it will be available continuously, without interruption or entirely free from errors.
18.2 We may take the Website offline, make changes to it or restrict access to it at any time and without prior notice.
19. Our liability
19.1 Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or restrict liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.
19.2 This includes liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19.3 Subject to the above, ONYX NUTRA™ is not liable for:
- losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control;
- any commercial losses, including lost profits, revenue, business, contracts or goodwill;
- loss or damage to data;
- indirect or consequential losses of any kind; or
- loss arising from misuse of our Website or Products.
19.4 Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
20. Breaches of these Terms
20.1 If you breach these Terms, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach has occurred, we may take one or more of the following steps:
- issue a formal warning;
- suspend or permanently close your account;
- restrict or block your access to the Website;
- cancel any active Orders or Subscriptions;
- remove content you have submitted; and/or
- pursue legal action where we consider it appropriate.
21. Changes to these Terms
21.1 We may revise these Terms at any time.
21.2 Any updated version will take effect from the date it is published on our Website, unless we indicate otherwise.
21.3 We recommend reviewing these Terms before placing an Order or setting up a Subscription to ensure you are aware of the version currently in effect.
22. Severability
22.1 If any clause or provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply in full.
23. Governing law
23.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
23.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
