Changed your mind?
We want you to feel confident every time you order from ONYX NUTRA™. If something isn't right, you can return any unopened, unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original, undamaged packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, with a £3.50 return handling fee deducted.
Want to swap instead?
We offer hassle-free exchanges on eligible items. Simply initiate your return within 14 days via our Returns Portal. Products must be returned unopened and unused, and exchanges apply to items of equal value only.
Ordered with a gift card or store credit?
No problem — the same 30-day return window applies. Just make sure the item meets our standard return conditions before sending it back.
Received something wrong or damaged?
We're sorry if that's happened. Drop us an email at contact@onyx-nutra.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue — our team will sort it for you promptly.
Returning part of a bundle?
Please note that partial bundle returns are adjusted at full individual product pricing. If you purchased a bundle and only return some of the items, your refund will reflect the standard retail price of the products you kept — not the discounted bundle rate.
For example: If you bought a 3-item bundle and return 2 products, your refund is calculated based on the full price of the 1 item you're keeping, with the remainder refunded accordingly.

Returns will only be accepted if items are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We're unable to process refunds or exchanges on products that show signs of use or have been opened.
