Every order is dispatched with full tracking as standard, arriving within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5pm will be picked up and processed the next business day. Orders received over the weekend or on bank holidays will be fulfilled from the following business day.

A note on international orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes on arrival. These charges aren't guaranteed, but where applicable they are calculated based on the order value and the import threshold of the destination country. Any duties or taxes owed are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the point of delivery — we'd recommend checking with your local customs authority if you have questions beforehand.
If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we'll refund the full product cost. Please note the original shipping fee is non-refundable in these cases.
