Hair feels a thicker.

Highly recommended.

Started these after my hair stylist mentioned biotin. Notice my hair shedding less when I brush. Three tablets a day is a bit of a faff but I take them with breakfast and it's fine. Will keep going.

Reasonable product, fair price.

Reasonable product, fair price. Selenium content is a nice bonus, that's not always included in beauty supplements. Took off a star because I find the tablets quite plain looking but that's hardly a real complaint.

Doing what they say on the tin.

Six month supply for the price is honestly hard to beat. Vegan tablets which matters to me. My nails are noticeably stronger and my skin feels better hydrated. Doing what they say on the tin.
